1971        Graduated from St. Mary's Seminary in North East, PA

1972         Attended Johns Hopkins University and various colleges in the Baltimore Area.
                   Specialized in Accounting, Project Management and Certified Purchasing Manager
                    (CPM)

1972        Started work at Baltimore Gas and Electric Company in the Payroll Unit

1974        BGE in Accounts Payable Unit as Senior Invoice Accounting Clerk

1976        Joined the Brandon Shores Project as a Cost Control Clerk and Cost Control Analyst.
                  Brandon Shores was the construction of twin 600 mW Power Plants.

1979        Became Project Buyer for the Brandon Shores Project.

1982        Joined BGE Central Procurement.
                  Procurement work included Distribution Contracts and Nuclear Procurement.
                  
1989        Became Buyer for the Pressurizer Project for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant.

1993        Was Project Buyer for Calvert Cliffs Dry Fuel Storage and Diesel Generator Projects.

2000        Returned to work in the Fossil Procurement Unit of Constellation Energy Group.

2004        Joined the Strategic Procurement Unit for Constellation Energy Fossil and Nuclear
                  Generation.

2006        Left Constellation Energy and moved to Myrtle Beach, SC.

2006        Worked in various retail jobs including Sears and Radio Shack

2007        Started working in the security field for Dunbar Armored.

2008        Formed Mike Jeffreys Consulting, LLC to provide Purchasing Consulting Services 
                 expecially to small business.
