Born in Baltimore, MD, I grew up as the oldest of three siblings. I graduated from a Preparatory Seminary in North East, PA and then started my 34 year career with Baltimore Gas and Electric and Constellation Energy.

Early on, I developed a love of Project Management. By the age of 25 I was deeply involved in the Project Management for the construction of two 600 megawatt coal fired power plants just south of Baltimore, MD.  As Project Buyer, I became very interested in the negotiations of Supplier Terms and Conditions.

The most important lesson I learned was the importance of mitigating risk to the Company and successful negotiations with Suppliers with a "Win-Win" negotiation posture.  By the time I left Constellation Energy, I had developed an excellent working relationship with the Corporate Contract Attorneys who gave me considerable latitude in Contract Negotiations.

I am currently a freelance professional, working from my private home in Murrells Inlet, SC.  I would like to use my extensive experience to benefit other businesses that could use some help in negotiating the "fine print" of Terms and Conditions.  I enjoy meeting other buying professionals and following the latest contract trends. I enjoy attending conferences and symposiums, and will visit the Client as necessary to complete negotiations successfully.
